Worth every penny and every minute!
Everything about this trip was wonderful. The boat seats were comfortable and the boat felt safe as it navigated the rapid waters. Our pilot, Eric, and his 1st mate Randy really went out of their way to make everyone feel engaged and welcome. Eric was so knowledgeable about so many aspects of the river, as well as all manner of flora, fauna and history. His passion for the area is evident but never preachy. He spoke just the right amount, injected some clean humor, and made the trip so enriching. The stop off points were lovely as well as the lunch provided. The onboard restroom was surprisingly nice. We did the half–day trip and it was just the right length of time for hubby and I, who are in our mid-late 60’s. Would do it again without hesitation.
